We believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. Our aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program to fit your needs, guide you through every exercise and every workout. Our dedication to you comes from our passion in our own fitness journeys, this has led us in the direction of wanting to help others achieve excellent results for themselves. Our goal is to create a community in a safe space to build each individual's confidence around strength training, High intensity cardio workouts, Pilates based classes whilst enjoying the process feeling comfortable and having fun.

Personal training
The unique program I will tailor to your individual needs will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises focusing on strength, cardiovascular, confidence and form along with a healthy diet will have you reaching your goals in no time!
Group personal training sessions
A group PT to fit your personal needs.
To work on strength, cardiovascular, confidence & form.
Aim to build muscle mass for your later years, whilst looking and feeling good along the way.
Be part of a community of like minded people and receive constant support in reaching your goals.
A maximum of 14 clients per strength session. Over 23 scheduled classes per week to choose from with a variety of times.
Classes can be reserved in advance.

Cardio Fitness
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. No more boring treadmill sessions. What are you waiting for? Book a session today!
HM WELLNESS
Barre Pilates
A mixture of pilates, ballet and cardio. Combines strength, core and high intensity exercises, whilst still being low impact.
Feel the burn whilst raising your heart rate.
Classes available for all abilities
Mat Pilates
Low impact, focusing on sculpting and toning. This is a class based around core strength, leaving you feeling the burn whilst also lengthening and stretching the muscles

Align Holistic & Sports Therapy
Sarah offers a wide range of therapies here down at HM FITNESS including, sweedish massage, pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, pre and post op lymphatic drainage, lymphoedema and lipodema treatments, sports massage, acupuncture, sports therapy and rehabilitation.
Sarah combines sports & holistic techniques to improve pain management and aid you in getting back to doing what you love.
